Annual Membership Terms & Conditions

Please be advised that these Membership Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. We will make an effort to contact you through the email address provided to us and through postings on the website with at least 30 days notice.

In consideration of Monkey Mania accepting your application for membership of the Club and for you becoming and remaining a Member of the Club, you agree that Monkey Mania shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of any property belonging to or brought onto the premises by you or the children in your care, occurring on said premises except where caused by gross negligence of Monkey Mania. Monkey Mania shall not be liable for any death, personal injury or illness occurring upon the premises or as a result of the use of facilities and/or equipment provided by Monkey Mania, except to the extent that such death, personal injury or illness arises from the gross negligence of Monkey Mania.

Unless you tell us otherwise, we may also use members' personal information to mail out special promotions, newsletters and other marketing material. We may also disclose personal information to our business partner so that they may contact you directly with special offers, discounts or other membership benefits. If you don't want us to do this, we give you an opportunity to "opt out" from receiving such material on our membership form. However, you can opt out at any time by contacting us via phone or email.

Monkey Mania takes reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is stored in a secure environment protected from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We remind our staff and contractors of the importance of storing personal information in a secure way, and to treat it like confidential information.

You are responsible for any damage which you or the children in your care may cause to the centre facilities, if such damage is caused by your/their willful act or negligence.

Membership benefits are available only on presentation of a valid membership. Annuanl Membership are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. All new and renewal membership must be registered.
