Annual Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. All new and renewal memberships must be registered in our system. The Membership can only be used by immediate family members. A Family is defined as 2 parents and children thereof, to a maximum of 4 children per membership. Benefits are subject to change throughout the year and are listed at all Monkey Mania venues.

These Membership Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. We will make an effort to contact you through the email address provided to us and through postings on the website with at least 30 days notice.

In consideration of Monkey Mania accepting your application for membership of the Club and for you becoming and remaining a Member of the Club, you agree that Monkey Mania shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of any property belonging to or brought onto the premises by you or the children in your care, occurring on said premises except where caused by gross negligence of Monkey Mania. Monkey Mania shall not be liable for any death, personal injury or illness occurring upon the premises or as a result of the use of facilities and/or equipment

provided by Monkey Mania, except to the extent that such death, personal injury or illness arises from the gross negligence of Monkey Mania. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may also use members; personal information to email out special promotions, newsletters and other marketing material. If you don”t want us to do this, we give you an opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving such material on all emails.

Monkey Mania takes reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is stored in a secure environment protected from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We  remind our staff and contractors of the importance of storing personal information in a secure way, and to treat it like confidential information. 

You are responsible for any damage which you or the children in your care may cause to the centre facilities, if such damage is caused by your/their wilful act or negligence.
