Who can use the membership?

How is the “every 5th child’s entry free” tracked?
We automatically track each child’s visits when you check in with your QR code or mobile number. Once a child hits their fifth visit, their entry is completely free. No paper stamps, no manual logging — just seamless fun.
Can I use the food and drink discount on adult platters or party bookings?
The 10% discount applies to in-store food and beverages purchased at the café. Adult platters, pre-ordered party foods, and external catering are excluded. It’s a perk to make your everyday snacks and meals cheaper while you’re here.
What is Toddler Tuesday and when is it available?
Toddler Tuesday is a special deal for our littlest monkeys: under-5s pay just $9 per entry. This is only valid during school terms for members, giving parents a midweek win and toddlers a quieter, more playful experience.
What happens when my membership expires?
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Before it expires, we’ll notify you so you can renew easily and continue enjoying all the perks. If you do not renew, your membership will just expire. Once expired, all member-specific discounts and benefits no longer apply.
Can membership benefits change?
Yes — occasionally we may update or improve benefits. If any changes occur, members are given at least 30 days’ notice via email or on our website. This ensures transparency while keeping your membership full of value.
